3. Order & Delivery

  • Orders can be placed online 24/7 through our website.
  • Delivery is available in Delhi and selected NCR regions.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
  • We may contact you to confirm address or availability before dispatch.
  • In rare cases of delivery failure due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, reshipment charges may apply.

4. Payments

  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • All online transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.
  • Deswati Mart does not store or access your credit/debit card information.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items only.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Products cannot be returned if:
    • The seal or packaging is broken
    • The item is used or tampered with
    • Any essential component or invoice is missing
